Day 2 - the second 8! It was great to see The OLD GANG again. Hope to see the Wednesday crowd again and an addition or two tonight! Here come the 2nd eight houseguests... And we're off... Quinn from Omaha...big hair. World record for standing on one foot while blind-folded. His parents are very proud...??? He's 5'6". It's the little people season. Brooklyn is a married mom of 3 and a pageant coach. Former Mrs. America. She's also Native American. She's a superfan. Matt is a software sales exec from Georgia. He's a self-proclaimed Urban Cowboy. He's very family oriented. Philippino mom. He's "very single" and wants to hook up in the House. Lisa is a "celebrity chef" - does that mean she's supposed to be famous or flips burgers for celebrities? She calls herself a "vibe curator". This continues the Big Brother tradition of egomaniacs and Narcissists. Leah is an entrepreneur & cocktail waitres

Overnight - new HOH: Quinn Have-Nots: Kimo & Makensy. The comp was something about holding eggs for a long time. Apparently, Angela begged people to drop their eggs bc she didn't want to be a Have-not again @@.
ReplyDeleteIn discussions overnight, it was revealed that Rubina, Kimo & T'Kor knew that Tucker was going to throw the competition.
Quinn had his one-on-ones, nothing much was revealed. Quinn's noms are clear: Angela (pawn), Kimo & Rubina (target). He does have a backup for a nom in case one of them win Veto (MJ). Quinn thinks Angela can be his easy F2, because no one would vote for her over him for the win.
But during the discussions, Quinn mentioned that HE will go home before Leah! (that girl must throw some voodoo flirting to those dudes!) Both Quinn & Joe professed their undying crushes for her, will protect her and both look forward to a real relationship outide the house. BWHAHAHHAHA
Makensy thinks God wanted her to win that AI comp; it was His plan. (well, it was actually Tucker's plan, but...)

I'm confused.I thought T'kor and kimo and Quinn had an alliance. Are they done now??? And anyone thinking Angela would be an easy one to beat out..you better watch out because you never know with a jury..lol
DeleteBut Julie asked Tucker if he threw the AI competition and Tucker said no, he didn’t. He just accidentally did it backwards.

ReplyDeleteMid-day Update - LOL. As he does, Quinn was over-celebrating his own genius & (future) celebrity status. He imagines running around with Jace, Dr Will, Derrick, etc... LOL. Joe only encourages him. @@
ReplyDeleteRubi, Kimo & Cam were napping outside. Big Brother yelled at them twice, " NO NAPPING", but none of them even moved.
Chelsie, MJ & Leah are mad that Tucker is so popular. I guess they heard the applause last night? They will all be really mad if he wins AFP. (PS - girls, he totally is going to win AFP, so suck it up).
Plus wait til they find out he was the instigator and already won $20k..bwahaha

ReplyDeleteAll caught up! I just watched the eviction show, and read the rest of the posts here. I was sad to see Tucker go. Judging by all the tears from the hamsters, I'm guessing I wasn't the only sad one. In the beginning, I wasn't all that crazy about him. But, he grew on me. It's the opposite with Quinn. I really liked him at first, but I'm beginning to get tired of him. I think my favorite is T'Kor, with Rubina after her. I wonder if Rubina is going to be willing to go next so she can be with Tucker. Or, if losing him is going to make her more determined to play hard and win.

DeleteOvernight: A storm was a'brewin! After noms, Angela left the table and went to sit by herself on the catwalk. The rest of the crew hung around the kitchen, chatting. One cam (we call him Skippy) stayed on Ang, tho. She was talking to herself sometimes (rehearsing her 'zingers'), glaring. Then she joined the crew inside. She glowered, not saying a word as they all participated & played a game called, "Most likely to...*fill-in-the-blank*". Then she crossed her arms, still glowering. When no one acknowledged her bad mood (they all know better by now!), she went back outside to the hammock.
ReplyDeleteLeah came to check on her and she fake-cried, saying she is sad. Leah mentioned this to Makensy, who replied, "I'm not here to be her daughter, I'm not here to be her friend!" (true, MJ)
Then Cam went over and she grabbed him, hugging him & fake-crying. He quickly escaped.
She got a blanket and covered her head in the hammock until the food was ready (Leah grilled dogs & burgers)
BUT, the cool thing is that Quinn tells us his target has changed: Angela! He said he can see that everyone is wanting to sit next to her in F2 for the easy win. He said she doesn't deserve that, and he wants her gone sooner rather than later.
I agree. She is a nutjob.

PS - the HOH Comp was the Egg one, with the chicken wire? Quinn's tiny fingers made it simple for him.

ReplyDeleteHe feels he is not close to Kimo, and Kimo is no benefit to his game. He nommed Rubina because he thinks she would never vote for him in Jury.
DeleteAt one point his top 3 were himself Kimo and tkor. I know they went behind his back on the Cedric vote and he did the same with the tucker vote. I guess that killed there loyalty to each other.
DeleteLEAH won Power of Veto ! It was the dark box comp, putting together something in the pitch blackness.
ReplyDeleteAngela first went to Joe to ask him to please persuade Quinn to take her off. Joe flat out said NO. "You have blown-up on him too many times; to be honest, I'm surprised your're still here".
He said a lot more, in a nice, calm way. She asked, he answered.
Then she went to Leah with the fake crying that Joe hurt her feelings.
I just can't watch anymore tonight.
