Big Brother Watch Party - July 18th 2024
Day 2 - the second 8! It was great to see The OLD GANG again. Hope to see the Wednesday crowd again and an addition or two tonight! Here come the 2nd eight houseguests... And we're off... Quinn from Omaha...big hair. World record for standing on one foot while blind-folded. His parents are very proud...??? He's 5'6". It's the little people season. Brooklyn is a married mom of 3 and a pageant coach. Former Mrs. America. She's also Native American. She's a superfan. Matt is a software sales exec from Georgia. He's a self-proclaimed Urban Cowboy. He's very family oriented. Philippino mom. He's "very single" and wants to hook up in the House. Lisa is a "celebrity chef" - does that mean she's supposed to be famous or flips burgers for celebrities? She calls herself a "vibe curator". This continues the Big Brother tradition of egomaniacs and Narcissists. Leah is an entrepreneur & cocktail waitres
OK. The house was locked out of backyard all day, they heard construction & all seem to be convinced that The Wall comp is coming up. Everyone seems to think they can win (except Angela). Who will win the Wall, when it's played? Cedric, Brooklyn, Rubina or Tucker are good bets. Quinn thinks he is a shoo-in for the Slip & Slide comp, bc he used to be a figure skater! ({I tell you, I have more & more questions about Quinn...HAHA}
ReplyDeleteT'Kor says she wants Brooke, Chelsie or Rubina to win the game (the GAME, period). She, Kimo, Tucker, Rubina & Angela are in an alliance (as of last night, when Ang eavesdopped on them before coming out of her HOH room, begging to let her join them. @@
Anyway, in the wee hours, when T"Kimo was discussing the upcoming eviction, TKor says she doesn't want to move forward with anything "before dicussing it with Chelsie & Brooklyn." WHAT !?!
yes, T'Kor is an idiot. She may wear glasses (sometimes 2-3 pairs at once), but she is an idiot. "MmmHmmm" ! I've never been a fan, but every time makes a noise that isn't an "mmhmm", it's to say something completely ridiculous.
Cam & Chelsie were being friendly playful all afternoon (when he wasn't with Leah), so I'm sure that put Chelsie in a good mood. Cam told her when he looks at Brooklyn, all he sees is "bleached Michael Jackson". BWHAAAA... Now I can't unsee that (s'true!)
Meanwhile, Joe gets in moods and withdraws from the house, hiding in corners. Everyone seems to recognize this & leaves him alone until he emerges. When he does emerge, he makes time to mutter to himself (us?) how he is running the game, he is the "Godfather". wow. LOL

Don't forget - Tonight is the Big Brother special with Taylor, Cody & some others to discuss the "big events" so far this season.

ReplyDeleteOvernight: So, T'Kimo decided to FINALLY have a talk with Quinn about joining them & Tucker to flip on Brooke & the 3 Cs. Their plan would be to evict Cedric this week, and keep Rubina. Quinn seemed to agree. THEN...he left the room for one of this camera talks with us.
Quinn tells us he is NOT flipping on Brooke & the Cs, no way. He says that only benefits Tucker's game, and he (Q) wants to have the bigger resume; he doesn't want to pad someone elses.
Quinn also seems to be very invested in Leah (altho she does nothing but trash talk him, put him down, etc behind his back), and he worries that if he joins Tuckers group, Leah would be an eventual target (she wouldn't be, she is useless).
In other House news: Quinn (yeah, he's everywhere) and Joe (he's nowhere) seem to have a SuperFan friendship. They chat about the different seasons & big moves. But Quinn is getting a little tired of Joe believing he is running the show. {it is true - Joe truly does think he is pulling all the strings in the house. WTH?} So I see their Fanbuddy Friendship not lasting, because there's only room in the house for ONE idiot with a huge ego (and that's QUINN, lol)
As I type this, all are asleep in prep for the WALL comp, which they are sure is the next HOH. I think BB must've told them it was happening, bc they are all convinced, discussing strategies, order of dropping (yes, they are discussing when to drop).
