BB Watch Party - Wednesday Sept 4 2024

 The game continues.

We get the recap.  Quinn is still HOH.  Rubina, Kimo and Angela are still nominees.  T'Kor is still mad that Quinn nominated Kimo.  Angela is still crying!

Yay! We're all caught up.

Angela tries to apologize to Quinn.  He says he's not mad to her, and then tells us he really isn't mad but still wants her out.

Joseph gets put in the Friend Zone by Leah.  Thank God.  That's a horrible couple.  Actually, any woman makes a horrible couple with that moustache.

Leah feels that Angela is misunderstood.  Angela gives a tearful diary room extolling Leah's virtues.  It's a Leah love fest tonight.

Time for the Veto!

Angela picks Joseph for the veto as her choice when her chip gets pulled.  Leah briefly celebrates "dodging a bullet".  Then Quinn pulls Leah's name out of the hat and she's into the game.  She tells us in the DR that at least she could decide who is good for her game if she wins the Veto.

T'Kor is still fuming.  She's making an awful lot out of the Kimo nomination.  

The Veto is an assembly puzzle in the dark.  The HGs can see an 11 piece robot model.  They then have to crawl into their assembly room which is dark and assemble an identical 11 piece robot model in the dark.  Kind of fun, but I don't know if I could do it if there are a lot of distractor pieces.

Joseph doesn't even try in the comp.  He mostly just sits there because he feels safe this week and doesn't want to be a bigger target (he says).  Has he won anything?  Why would anyone view him as a comp threat?

Angela, nut case that she is, talks to herself constantly throughout the comp.  She's alone in the dark and can't stop chattering to herself.  She appears to genuinely have anxiety issues.

Leah wins the Veto!!!  She's very proud of herself for winning something.  She seems like one of the saner HGs.  I think I could live with her.

Quinn and Leah do some weird cheerleader celebration dance in the HOH room.  Quinn then tells Leah how attracted he is to her: she's sweet and funny and nice and gorgeous.  She barely looks up and says, "you're so sweet".  My penis shrunk just watching it.  So Quinn joins Joseph in the FriendZone, which BB splashes across the screen.

Leah then tells Quinn she's thinking of saving Angela.  Quinn tells her that Angela will just coast to the Final and she'll be stealing $75k from them if she does.  Leah isn't buying it and she tells Quinn she hasn't decided, but she is considering saving Angela.

Angela and Joseph are in the yard.  Joseph tells Angela that he's surprised she's still there and chuckles.  Angela gets mad but holds her tongue.

Back in the HOH room, Leah tells Quinn that she wants to save Angela because she wants Angela on the jury so she'll be a vote for Leah.  Quinn tells us in the DR that he does not want to have to nominate Joseph as a replacement.  But, of course, the geeky guy is so in love with Leah that he takes a very soft line with her even though she's completely blowing up his HOH and maybe his game.  He's already alienated Angela, T'Kor and Kimo this week.

At the Veto meeting, Leah joins Tucker in the "I Saved Angela" Club.  She does apologize to Quinn at the meeting but says that she has to do what is right for her game.  Quinn tells the House that he has a commitment to T'Korr and the five Tucker eviction voters to not nominate them and so he has to nominate Joseph.  He looks VERY unhappy.

Joseph is now mad at Quinn and wants to go after him.  If anyone but Rubina goes home, I think Quinn is toast.  He's managed to annoy almost everyone, including the people he did keep safe.  Oh, well.  Life ain't always fair.
