Big Brother Watch Party - Eviction Night - September 5, 2024

Watch Leah finish destroying Quinn's game.

Quinn let Leah sink his game without even pretending to flirt with him.  Just watching him act the fool has me considering gender reassignment surgery.

Angela sees Leah as a daughter.  Should be about 6 minutes before she gives Leah the Tucker treatment and calls her a snake or a Jezebel or something untoward.

I don't know what's harder to watch: Leah remove Quinn's manhood or Angela remove Joseph's manhood.  You may recall that Joseph sort of laughed at Angela yesterday saying that he was surprised she was still here.  Now, he's forced to eat a big giant over-cooked crow and apologize to Angela in hopes she won't vote him out.  Joseph assures us he's "man enough to admit he was wrong".  I'm pretty sure he wouldn't think he was wrong if he wasn't on the block.

T'Kor is hoping that Rubina or Kimo win the AI arena and then the winner can join with her to try and save the other.  Of course, that basically translates into Team T'Kor want Joseph to go home this week.

We go from the completely sexless menage a trois of Leah, Joseph and Quinn hanging in the HOH room to the second Makensy flirtmance of the summer.  This time, it's Makensy and Cam.  Makensy just can't keep her hands off of Cam's head.  And it appears that Cam likes the stroking. Chelsie on the other hand goes full on She Hulk, burning green with envy.

Chelsie checks out of the room when the Cam stroking begins.  T'Kor follows her out.  There's a bit of man bashing because T'Kor wants Chelsie to join Team T'Kor to save Rubina and vote out Joseph.  So, they complain about "all the men" in the house, mostly Cam and Quinn.

I really don't see how it's a "men" problem.  Makensy, who doesn't appear to be a man, is the one who is dragging Cam into her web.  And we've already seen Leah drag both Quinn and Joseph into her web.  So, it seems more like the women are dragging the men around.

And now, into the AI arena...

The competition is kind of a more modern version of the old Survivor competition where you have to unwind a rope wrapped around logs.  In this case, the logs are some kind of nanomaterial/metal and you end up plugging the end of the rope into an electrical connector instead of putting a key in a lock.

RUBINA WINS!  She was very smooth through the whole competition.

And Leah's destruction of Quinn's game is now complete!  One of Quinn's former allies is going to go home.  [We should give Quinn some of the blame.  You can't use all your friends as pawns and not risk a bad outcome.]  But Leah gets 90% of the blame because the Angela save is really risky even for Leah, but definitely for Quinn.

They each make a plea.  Joseph's is short and rather trite: I want to keep playing, please keep me.  Kimo's pleas is borderline desperate, begging to at least make jury so he can help one of them win.

Makensy votes first and she votes to evict Joseph.  She is really crying pretty hard.

Cam follows Makensy.  They whisper as they pass in the corridor.  Cam regains his manhood by voting to evict Kimo.

It's 1-1 as we go to the break.

T'Kor should have the votes to save Kimo.  If so, Leah managed to evict Joseph in saving Angela.  Then again, she doesn't really like Joseph anyway.  LOL.

Leah is up next.  She votes to evict Kimo.

T'Kor is up next.  She, of course, votes to evict Joseph.  She's the only one who didn't add "sadly" to her vote to evict.

2 to 2.

Rubina is up next.  She votes to evict Joseph.  No surprise as she's riding Team T'Kor at the moment.

Angela is up next.  She votes to evict Kimo.

3 to 3.

That leaves it all up to Chelsie!!!  She votes to evict Joseph, sealing Joseph's fate.  No surprise here as T'Kor seemed to have Chelsie roped in during the Cam/Makensy drama.

It's a very tearful house, except T'Kor who is very cool.  Quinn looks almost baffled.  Leah looks heartbroken.  Almost everyone else is crying.

They ask Rubina about the Arena.  She scores points with me for also comparing it to the survivor rope competition.

Methinks this week could be a turning point.  The house is very split and there are still a lot of overlapping alliances.  Something has to give.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and predict that no matter who wins HOH, Quinn makes the block.

Joseph is a good sport during his Julie interview.

We go back in the House where Ainsley announces that everyone has at least made jury.  She also announces that the AI Arena is closing so future HOH's will only nominate two HGs for eviction.  BB Old School.  LOL

  2. hello Honey! Hi everyone !! The AI comp tonight is a rope maze, kinda like they have on The Challenge. Rubi should do well at this!
All day, Leah held court in different rooms, rallying to save Joe (bc he has her back, but no one else's).
At the end of today, there was no solid decision about who to evict. It'll be a difficult exit, no matter who it is.

  14. Of the HGs remaining, Joe is my favorite (he's a movie fan, like me). Rubi & Kimo are likable enough, but the rest? Meh. Huge Meh.
OH - somewhere on social media is a video of all the evicted HGs having a lunch together, sharing their real stories outside the house, etc. It was a fun watch. I'll try to find the link...
