Day 2 - the second 8! It was great to see The OLD GANG again. Hope to see the Wednesday crowd again and an addition or two tonight! Here come the 2nd eight houseguests... And we're off... Quinn from Omaha...big hair. World record for standing on one foot while blind-folded. His parents are very proud...??? He's 5'6". It's the little people season. Brooklyn is a married mom of 3 and a pageant coach. Former Mrs. America. She's also Native American. She's a superfan. Matt is a software sales exec from Georgia. He's a self-proclaimed Urban Cowboy. He's very family oriented. Philippino mom. He's "very single" and wants to hook up in the House. Lisa is a "celebrity chef" - does that mean she's supposed to be famous or flips burgers for celebrities? She calls herself a "vibe curator". This continues the Big Brother tradition of egomaniacs and Narcissists. Leah is an entrepreneur & co...
I'm so sorry that this has to end, but it doesn't seem to be gaining any traction. Joe has been so amazing and trying to keep this up, but nobody's going to fill Jackie's shoes. We love everybody and are going to miss our online friends and hope that we don't lose touch. I hope everybody has a wonderful a happy and healthy holiday season.

DeletePenny!!!! We love everybody, we miss all of our friends from the pool, but it's just a lot for just the 3 of us. So this will be the last blog. But I hope we are all still Facebook friends and we'll stay in touch, and gather sometime, maybe here to just touch base with one another.

ReplyDeleteHi Mary! It's just a lot of work for working people. Especially big brother, where it's 24 hours a day. It was easy enough for me because I never sleep, I could watch 24/7 and update Joe so he could post it here.
ReplyDeleteAs much as we want to stay in touch, it's just too much for working people, honestly. Not for lack of wanting, just lack of time and sleep.
But Mary, if you want to stay in touch, we can Facebook friend and if we ever have another meeting here, I can send you an invite. I would love to stay in touch with everybody. Periodically.

ReplyDeleteMary you wouldn't believe the fights that Jackie and I had over the years. Not just on the blog, but in private. We butted had so many times. But ultimately I loved her very much and it broke my heart what happened. it broke my heart what happened.

ReplyDeleteWhat an abrupt ending for our blog. I just now looked at it. This is not actually ending, I will ask Joe to please keep this open so we can reach out to each other if we need to. We love all of you, and we wish we could have kept up a better system of staying in touch. But no one can feel Jackie's shoes.

Jackie was amazing and you should be proud that you kept a lot of the people especially the BB people together. Maybe when BB is back in the summer.More friends will come here to hangout!
